This is where it all started. In 2013, I was running a company in New York, drowning in anxiety, and created the Shredding Fear practice that became the foundation for The Fear Breakthrough. A couple years later, I recorded this meditation to share it with more people—and it's been downloaded nearly 4,000 times since.
This isn't your typical quick mindfulness practice—it's a full chakra meditation that takes you from fear to alignment.
