Mary recently spoke to my Leading Change class, which consisted of students who are junior and senior leadership majors. Her concept of "Shredding Fear" was very applicable to these future leaders who will need to overcome obstacles like fear and uncertainty in order to be their best selves. By sharing her own personal journey, Mary demonstrated the importance of authenticity as a leader, as well as how she navigated several different change periods in her own life. Her public speaking skills and ability to directly the connect the content to my course made her quite an engaging and impactful speaker, who I would definitely recommend to others!

Mary's presentation at our Texas A&M Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow meeting was incredible! She shared such great insight on marketing and communications, and her breadth of experience was inspiring. Although Mary shared extremely valuable professional advice, her personal story about being a woman in business, an entrepreneur and a leader in the industry was equally as motivating and encouraging. All of our members sincerely appreciated Mary's presentation and felt so honored to learn from such a strong, intelligent and talented woman!

As a higher education professional and instructor, I know the tools students need to be successful upon graduation. As such, I invited Mary to present a personal branding workshop to a first-generation student veteran learning community in the Don & Ellie Knauss Veteran Resource & Support Center at Texas A&M University. Her presentation was professional, educational, and entertaining. I am certain most of the group of students had never considered the importance of personal branding, but Mary showed them how to leverage it for a job search through the use of social media and other tools, like personalized business cards. I could tell the students left with a greater understanding of how to present themselves professionally and personally. As a speaker, Mary is engaging, professional, and fun. Her public speaking abilities and presentations are impeccable. She is clearly an expert in branding, messaging, and social media, I highly recommend Mary if you need someone with this skillset.

I had the pleasure of attending Mary's Personal Branding lecture for #FirstGenVets at the Don & Ellie Knauss Veteran Resource & Support Center at Texas A&M University. Before attending Mary's talk, I hadn’t given much thought to the nuanced ways to differentiate myself in a crowded job market. She helped me become aware of the importance of leveraging my unique personal brand when searching for a job. What impressed me most about Mary is how polished she is when presenting to large groups of people. She is a great speaker!
